- Personal expenses such as laundry, Luggage Charge, Telephone Calls, Room Heater Charges, Tips & Gratuity, Camera Fee, Mineral Water, Soft & Hard Drinks, Adventure Activities.
- Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. To Be Borne By The Guest.
- Anything Which Is Not Included In The Inclusion.
- G.S.T 05% Extra.
Payment Terms
We need 40% of the quoted price within 4 working days after receiving our tentative blocking confirmation mail. After receiving 40% payment of quoted price in our A/C we will generate service confirmation voucher. Balance amount should to be credit in our A/C before 7 days of guest arrival.
Cancellation Charges:
- From booking date till 7 days prior to departure, 30% of package cost.
- From 3 days to 7 days prior to departure, 50% of package cost.
- From 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure, 75% of package cost.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure 100% of package cost.
- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Guidelines:
- The RT-PCR report has to be from within 48 before starting the journey. It will not be valid if date of test is more than 2 days (48 hours) before landing.
- No institution or home quarantine is required if the tourist has tested negative either through RTPCR from an ICMR approved lab.
- Mask mandatory and Bring sanitizer.
